An appointment request made through this website is a request only and is not confirmed until our reception team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp. We ask that you arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time so that your paperwork and medical history can be completed without delay.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least twenty-four hours in advance so the slot can be offered to another patient. Repeated missed appointments without notice may result in us asking for an advance booking deposit for future visits. Arriving late may mean your appointment has to be shortened or rescheduled out of fairness to other patients.
Before any treatment begins we explain the diagnosis, the available options, the expected outcome and the associated risks, and we ask for your consent. It is your responsibility to give us complete and accurate information about your medical history, allergies and medication, as this directly affects the safety of your treatment.
Dentistry is a clinical service and not an exact science. While our doctors work to a high standard and use modern diagnostic technology, results can vary from person to person depending on healing, oral hygiene, bone quality and how closely aftercare instructions are followed. No specific outcome can be guaranteed, and any illustration, before-and-after image or digital smile preview shown to you is an indication of a possible result rather than a promise.
Treatment fees are explained and written down before treatment begins, and we do our best to avoid unexpected charges. If a case becomes more complex once treatment has started, we will pause and discuss any additional cost with you before continuing. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless a written instalment arrangement has been agreed. Prices published on this website or in promotional material are indicative and may change without notice.
Certain restorations such as crowns, veneers, dentures and implants may carry a warranty period that will be explained to you at the time of treatment. Any warranty depends on you attending your review appointments, maintaining good oral hygiene and following the aftercare advice given by your doctor. Damage caused by accident, neglect, grinding, smoking or treatment carried out at another clinic is not covered.
